Thank you for choosing MIMIC LAB. We specialize in high-end, hand-painted anime figure repaints. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Since we primarily sell in-stock, hand-painted finished figures, we pride ourselves on fast processing:
- In-stock Items: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Hand-painted Quality Check: Every finished figure undergoes a final rigorous inspection and is photographed before being sealed for shipment to ensure the 2D anime-style finish meets our studio standards.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We only use reputable international carriers to ensure the safety of your one-of-a-kind collectible.
- Carrier Partners: FedEx, DHL, and UPS (depending on your location).
- Estimated Delivery Time: * North America / Europe: 7-10 business days.
- Asia / Australia: 5-8 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10-14 business days.
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local peak-season logistics.
3. Professional Packaging for Collectibles
We understand that each MIMIC LAB figure is a unique piece of art. To ensure it arrives in pristine condition:
- Custom Protection: All figures are packed with multiple protective layers, including heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced outer boxes.
- Fragile Handling: Every package is clearly marked as “Fragile” and handled with the utmost care by our shipping partners.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MIMIC LAB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Transit Issues

- Please take photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged item as soon as it arrives.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
